Nasal blockage

Please help me,today I was diagnosed with deviated nasal septum ,do I need to do surgery for this? Is there any other treatment apart from surgery?

If ur nose is giving u problems like nose blocks, headache , snoring, nose bleed etc then yes u need a surgery ... It can be managed with meds for sometime but complaints will reoccur as the cause is anatomical

It depends on how much problem u have due to DEVIATED NASAL SEPTUM.. Asymptomatic DNS do not require surgery but if u r having regular symptom like nasal obstruction , difficulty in swallowing , nasal bleed , headache, etc u need to get operated.. medicine can relieve symptoms for some duration but it can recover again
