Hi, deep nail cut with pain in the corner heals in a few days. As a breastfeeding mother, you can safely use Mupirocin ointment or T-Bact 3 times a day after cleaning the area with clean water. Keep it dry and avoid tight bandaging. If pain, swelling, pus or redness increases Feel free to consult for further guidance. 👍

It will get better in another 2-3 days. Please take Crocin 650mg, it’s good enough for pain Ointment as such - T bact would work. No need to worry. Unnecessary NSAIDS like Combiflam or diclofenac can harm kidneys

Sometimes the smallest nick of the nail can be a reason for a nail bed infection, which can be both painful and cause restricted movement. Since you are feeding your child, the option to be conservative with oral medications may be an option you would feel safer with.
Next Steps
I suggest doing about 8 to 10 mins of ice fermentation and then applying a topical antibiotic ointment ( may be Oin T- bact)  after drying the toe nail. Do this once in the forenoon and once at night for a week.
Health Tips
try not to wear closed shoes or picknone the mail again.

A deep nail cut that is still painful after 2 days can sometimes lead to a minor infection at the nail corner — called paronychia — especially if the area becomes red, swollen, or starts to discharge. Since you are breastfeeding, it is important to use only safe, doctor-recommended topical treatments. Keep the finger clean and dry, and avoid soaking it in water for now.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — I can recommend the appropriate safe topical treatment for a breastfeeding mother based on the severity.
