The best would be to visit a dentist so that you can get a more apt treatment which would be long lasting, like fluoride application , or slight fillings in case of toothbrush trauma . As a temporary measure you can start using Vantej tooth paste along with Sanquel Ad mouthwash . Hope it helps . Regards

Visit a nearby dentist ,so that you will know the exact reason for your pain. You can start using vantej toothpaste apply it for 2min and then start brushing with ultra-soft toothbrush .
