My tooth cap came out while eating today
I had done my RCT 2 years ago and the doctor had put on a metal cap on my molar teeth ..till 2 years I didn't had any problem but today while eating it came out ..
I am very worried what can I do now ?

hello sir,its completely normal for cap to come out.Dont delay and get it cemented back.Delaying may cause shifting of teeth and might result in illfitting of cap.Until cap is been fixed do not eat anything hard from that side.It may lead to tooth fracture.

It's nothing to worry since it's been 2 yrs now this might happen. It would be better to visit a dentist and get that checked once. If no problems are found on examination the same crown can be recemented. Over the time the crown tends to get lose and come off the tooth. So nothing to worry about.

until you dnt get the crown fixed again..dnt use that side to eat. be cautious while eating hard food items.

Hi...nothing to worry...it happens sometimes...visit any nearby dentist and he/she will refix cap of there is no other problem with tooth or cap...just make sure you dnt delay your visit for few days, it needs to be done on urgent basis.

Hello dear, no worries about it, you mention that you had underwent for root canal treatment in your lower molar teeth and after that metal cap had got installed, while you having any hard food substance it get dislodged.

visit dentist by taking with that metal cap which got dislodged, they will send that metal cap for sand blasting and later they check out the proper fit if it's ok then cemented that metal cap on RCT treated teeth
