My testicle is not soft

My left testicle is soft by touching through hands but when I tough my right testicle it is like I can feel many nerves and some small surface I don't feel any pain but when I touch testis nerve I can feel some pain near kidney is this variocele? And I also have some scrotum nerves which is only visible on scrotum skin my right testicle was got hit many times last yr while examine with my hand accidentally I pulled off epididymis there after I started feeling swollen epididymis and I have burning masturbation

Do usg scrotum and start tab clavum 625 1-0-1, cap doxycycline 100 1-0-1, for 5 days

Yea maybe possible internal infection or injury.  From how long you have these symptoms.  Have you ever done usg?
