My son does not have motion everyday

My 5 yr old son does not get his motion everyday,he does potty once in 3 days. But he farts a lot. I give him all house food but still he doesn't do potty everyday.

This may be a sign of hirshprung disease. Laxatives may be started for the time being.
Next Steps
colonoscopy rectal manometry etc may be required.
