I feel like something jelly like mucus drips down from nose into throat and when I see my nose looks like red and if it is blocked! What is it.?...Please help me ...It happens after I wake up early in morning and my mouth remains open when I sleep

Secretions from the nose can drain into the throat when there is an underlying issue. Also breathing from the mouth during sleep suggests an obstruction. At your age it can be a deviated nasal septum or adenoids

You will be having sinusitis. Polyps are usually pale in colour . So we need to find out what the red coloured mass is. It can be an enlarged turbinate also. Usually we do an endoscopy in clinic to find out . But if you are not able to meet a doctor in this current situation , you can take a CT scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses and consult online
