Dear Mam Thanks for seeking help here. I really appreciate your patience n asking medication for helping your mother's insomnia. Usually as the age progresses human sleep cycle reduces due to many biological factors. Melatonin may be the best choice for her. I love our traditional medicine. So I suggest you try ayurvedic n homeopath medication...if they don't help ...plz take altonil ..
