My mom feels sleepy most of the times!

My mother who is late 50's feels sleepy all the time! Is there anything alarming or concerning? She is hypertensive and on bp medication! She has knee/ legs issues and overweighted! She is a homemaker, hence zero activity outside the house! She feels sleepy mostly during the day time , but sometimes in the evening too !

Needs assessment for blood sugar,thyroid,cbc ,lft kft at the minimum. Weight itself or lack of proper sleep can be a reason too.
