My mind is out of control

It all started 3 years ago first I was feeling like I was dirty felt to wash myself continuously either it may be hand or something else then that was gone and my prayer was disturbed then it was also gone then after somedays I know it is thing or human being but I got disturbed by it ,my mind didi not accept anything I said correct mind goes on thinking wrong information i am really disturbed by this please any one what is this then please reply
