My lower incisor had become sharp all of a sudden and this is bothering me. I have been touching it with my tongue and my tongue had become sore at that point

Tongue sores or ulcers are very much of concern and your focus should be to heal it as soon as possible. Start taking Becosule Z tablets for 10 days , apply dologel ct ointment on ulcer thrice daily. For the sharpened edge of the incisor , visit nearby dentist to grind to a smooth surface or opt for capping of necessary.
