Legs swelling at the end of day usually denotes mild form venous incompetency. I mean to say there are veins in legs - superficial and deep. Both are connected with valves. If there is any defect in valves , then swelling in legs can occur after activity or prolong standing. But its important to rule out other important causes of swelling in legs.
