Get a deep scaling done from the dentist,,this may solve the problem.

Hello, there could be various reasons for bleeding. it could be because of food lodgement, bone loss, gum problem, incomplete RCT, RCT not done properly, infection of the tooth, cracked tooth etc so if possible please send the X-ray so v can check the condition of the tooth and give the best possible opinion.

Since you have delayed the crown cementation so , there might be some infection in that tooth or else the tooth would have fractured (fractured tooth is always adviced to remove) , but if there is some infection then can attempt a re-rct .

Looks like the issue is delay in putting a crown on the tooth,if the doctor has advised tooth removal only after looking at a recent x-ray then probably that might be the right treatment,if X-ray is not taken then get one done and get another opinion.
