Increasing height is not possible at this age now.
But make sure you eat healthy and your body weight compliments your height too.
Follow a well balanced diet which contains foods from all food groups.
The meals should be small and frequent.
Drink lots of water .
Also food groups such as fats and sugars should also be included in diet. Make sure that ghee and butter should be given in moderation.
Eat all fruits.
Exercising is also important.
