My head got hit

A rod fell on my head which gave unbearable pain. No blood nor scratch but it feel dim whenever I do any moment or it feels like getting unconscious What should I do to take care of it?

If it was heavy and you are not feeling well then you should go to the emergency and after taking detailed history and examination if needed they will do the ct scan. Don't ignore any symptoms you are having after this injury.

If symptoms are mild u can wait and watch for 24 hours. If u have vomiting or persistent headache or feeling of getting unconscious better get a CT brain.
