I need to know the answer to a couple of questions.
A. Do you breathe through your mouth frequently at night? Does your mouth feel dry when you wake up?
B. Is the bleeding from a particular region of the mouth or generalized from all gums?
C. Is there any
vitamin D3 deficiency?
From the pictures, it does appear to be gingivitis. It might be that the plaque is below the gums and not visible to you. It's necessary to get a professional scaling and if necessary, deep cleaning. Once that is done and bleeding stops, then you can do regular flossing without missing many days. That way you might solve the problem for a long time.
