Your all three lower teeth is severely infected....and it needs root canal treatment followed by apiocectomy of the tooth in which teeth needs... Definitely it will save the teeth

ma'am ur front teeth should be extracted because their is a foreign body underneath the tooth and the infection level is high under all three.so my suggestion is for permanent solution u should look for extraction the replacement of missing teeth.

Hi so three of your lower anterior teeth are definitely infected.only of our teeth has been treated for root canal before.now root canal should be done for all three of them.apicoectomy should be done along to remove the infected apex of tooth roots.you should also be kept on antibiotics for five days.
