My front tooth have severe tooth ache..i took combiflam ,but still pain is there...and tooth is shaking as well as..

Taking only pain killers like combiflam will not help in all cases, u should go to dentist check what is the problem , is it a tooth problem or a periodontal problem and accordingly u can go ahead with treatment

hi,you have to take antibiotics along with combiflam.Also visit a dentist who after x ray will evaluate the amount of bone loss along with any cavity present & you may require root canal treatment along with opinion from gum specialist.
