Hello doctor Please help me by referring my echo report attached here. Kindly suggest me what stage I am in heart issue. What is the better treatment to cure this issue Let me know what is CON. LVH and what are those value which given me as CON.LVH. it's mild or serious? How can reverse this to normal value.

If You are hypertensive it is normal.If u. continue to use your anti hypertensive drugs it wont progress further.If you are not hypertensive as of now kindly check you Bp recording for a week

Left ventricular hypertrophy means increased thickening of heart  ventricular muscles.Causes are few , particularly BP , athletic training , obesity and cardiomyopathy. Your cardiologist may have explained it to you and how to manage it.If it's due to high bp it's reversible with medicine.
