If the banana tip is not normal you should throw this banana and get a new one. Don't play around with your health.

This could be balanitis (glans inflammation), fungal infection, or poor hygiene. Itching inside foreskin suggests yeast infection or irritation. Needs examination by urologist or dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Next Steps
Consult urologist or dermatologist Keep area clean and dry Avoid harsh soaps Use antifungal cream if fungal infection May need clotrimazole or miconazole cream
Health Tips
Don't self-medicate. Maintain good genital hygiene. Avoid tight underwear. If sexually active, consider STI testing. Persistent itching needs medical attention.

Hi young man, As I can see you are a 19 year old, I don’t know how much you are taking care of your sexual hygiene. Few things I want to highlight as causes for the above mentioned complaints: 1. Inappropriate hygiene practices 2. Infection - Urinary tract infection, infection of glans penis and foreskin (balanoposthitis) 3. Allergy to products you are using like soaps, lubricants or condoms (if sexually active) 4. Sexually transmitted infections due to improper usage of condoms/protection.
Next Steps
You need to see a Urologist/General surgeon immediately to identify the cause and start you with appropriate treatment options.
Health Tips
Till you consult anyone : 1. Gently retract foreskin daily, rinse with plain lukewarm water (no soap inside the foreskin), and pat dry completely. 2. Avoid harsh soaps, antiseptics, or talcum powders. 3. Wear loose, breathable cotton underwear. 4. Stop using new soaps, condoms, or lubricants introduced recently. 5. Avoid sexual activity until the irritation clears.
