It might be due to excess sweating or infection. Plz follow below instructions
1.Wash the area gently with lukewarm water twice daily.
2.Avoid soaps, body washes to that area
3.Keep the area dry and clean (avoid tight underwear).
4.Avoid scratching or rubbing.
5.Topical Clotrimazole cream 1% or Miconazole 2% cream, apply twice daily for 7–10 days
6.Regular follow up
