Better explain to an ayurvedic doctor on phone what exactly is the baby going through or actually take the baby to an ayurvedic doctor. Because trying something like this on a chat advice can cause damage.

Give him honey once in a day regular. It's good if you add some ginger juice in it. If you are giving him bottle 🍼 feed then add some turmeric in his milk.
