Those knots what you have on the shoulder and back could be muscle whitening points which on touching could elicit pain..
Nothing to worry...
If you have somebody to help you ...ask then to gently press on it and knead..slowly it will get reduced...
Follow this with icing for 15 mins..fir every 2 hours once...
Next time when you workout do concentrate on load and form of exercise you do..
Excess load and poor form leads to this kind of problems .
