I have recently started working out. my diet usually does not contain enough proteins. is it okay if i consume supplements like whey?

Hi Please get your current diet evaluated by any Qualified Dietitian (Graduate + Post Graduate in Nutrition from recognized institution) Though whey has no harm but correct protein powder can only be suggested If I know more about the type of work out you do & your routine and diet.
