Multiple IVF failure

Hello, I've had three rounds of IVF, two fresh transfers (including ICSI) and one frozen transfer - all failed. For the frozen transfer, I was able to get pregnant for upto 6 weeks and resulted in chemical. The fresh transfers, it failed to implant. I've had blood work done with no obvious issues, hysteroscopy done to remove fibrioids, re-balanced the pH level with antibiotics/probiotics. My partner's analysis is also fine with no issues. Is there anything else we can look at ? We seem to be running out of options..

Hi. You might benefit from endometrial receptive array and doing a frozen embryo transfer as it has better success rates. Also, given that you are 39 years, you should have opted for embryo genetic testing called pgta.

You have already tried for IVF. Your doctor who is treating you better knows your case. It is difficult to tell about any treatment option just by this much information
