Kindly mention about any back pain, duration and why the MRI had been asked. Based on the symptoms with this report better suggestions can be opined. Treatment is always for the patient as a whole and never for a report.

It is better if the symptoms of the person's MRI are informed. It is not advisable to provide management only based on MRI scan.
