MRI AFTER CT SCAN - HEAD INJURY

Hello. Please go through the CT Scan report and guide me whether MRI is required. My father met with an accident before a week and suffered head injury. His condition is now okay with no vomit, nausea, headache etc.

Ct report is normal ( excluding nasal bone fractures) for a old (66yrs) patient No MRI is required if patient doesnot have Vomitings/ persistant headache/ seizured / anyother neurological issues
