Local anesthetics: Benzocaine or lidocaine gels for pain relief .
Oral hygiene: Gentle brushing; avoid trauma to ulcers .

Mouth ulcer can be due to stress, dehydration, vitamin deficiency and lack of sleep.. So please well hydrated, avoid stress.. Take T becosule od for 1 week
If it persist more than 2 week and more than 2 ulcers.. You have to take antibiotics.. Pls connect me throgh practo or wattsap nine zero seven two two zero seven zero nine three

Mouth ulcers lasting more than 10–14 days are commonly due to stress, nutritional deficiency (B12/iron), acidity, or local trauma.
Rx
Gel Choline salicylate + Benzalkonium (Smyle or zytee gel)– apply locally 3–4 times daily and rinse off.
Tab B-complex with Zinc once daily × 2 weeks
Avoid spicy/hard foods, maintain oral hygiene
Do warm saline gargles

Mouth ulcers(Apthous ulcers) are common . sometimes it may be due to B 12 and iron deficiency,stress, taking spicy foods also .it last for 2 to 3 weeks .Take further test .use antiseptic gels like orajel .
