Mouth ulcers

Hi, whenever i sleep 1-2 hrs less than usual 8 hrs or I stay a bit awake, I get ulcers and they lasts upto 3-4 weeks. Please advice some remedy

According to what you've narrated, the prime cause of your ulcers is stress caused by irregular sleep or my be some other reason known to you. Stress related ulcers subside when the stress is relieved. As for supportive medicine you can start Vitamin C tablets in addition to stress therapy I.e. Proper sleep in your case

There are multiple reasons for ulcers ranging from stress induced to multivit deficiency to traumatic origin and in few tobacco induced ulcers which could be cancerous in nature , in your case it looks more like stress induced but please visit a qualified dentist to know the exact origin , taking multivitamins will help and local anaesthetic application on the ulcer will take the pain off if any

Staying up late at night or reduced sleep can cause many problems. It increases the temperature of the body and also gastric issues the result is having oral ulcers. Take proper sleep have proper diet and dietary supplements and drink lots of water
