Is there any sharp tooth causing it? Please address stomach ulcer problem/ gastric regurgitation if any. Stress also causes ulcers. Keep yourself hydrated, have a vit b rich diet. Ointments are available to reduce your pain. Supplements wil be given too. Please see a dentist
