It could be a stress ulcer. It should heal by 7 to 10 days. If it doesn’t regress even after 10 days, it’s time to visit a dentist. Treatment for the ulcer is symptomatic. 1) Take pain killers to control the inflammation 2) Multivitamin tablet/capsule for the supplements. If it doesn’t heal by 10 days time, please visit a dentist specialised in oral pathology or oral medicine

Would suggest you to do some warm saline gargles, that would help it heal , start of some multi vitamin and you can apply a local Anasthetic gel on the ulcer to give you relief from pain

An ulcer takes 7 days to heal, but will get better tomorrow onwards. Do a lot of warm saline rinsing and apply dentogel for relief temporarily. You ca apply 4-5 times a day. There is nothing to worry about.
