Hello doctor good day..... Am getting mouth ulcer once in two weeks...pls do guide me what foods have to take to weed off permanently...

Mouth ulcers are due to stress, change of place or food, sleepless nights,or stomach upsets... please find out what is the problem with you....My advice is punctuality of time in diet is very important...you can take B complex supplements also for 10 days...
