Mouth ulcer

Currently I am getting severe mouth ulcer on my tounge and it is very painful. Right now I'm taking medicine for hair loss and lower backpain. Hairloss: follihair ampm, N-duta (dutasteroid). Back pain : gabapentin, aceclofenac, vitamin e and vitamin d tablet. Please advice.

I have read the medicines you are using at present. You are taking Dutasteride for hair fall . I don't know how many extra hair you will get by this treatment but it can cause damage to your prostate gland and your hormones status. Gabapentine has a sedative effect and make you dull. Aceclofenac can cause stomach ulcers and mouth ulcers if taken for a long time. If you are on self medication, please read up. If you are under care of a General Physician or an Orthopaedic surgeon or a Neurologist, or a Dermatologist please discuss your problem
