Hello sir, They many be stress ulcers ir apthous ulcers. Sometimes ulcers may also be due to gastrointestinal problems. Please apply dologel 3 times a day, gargling with luke warm water and salt. You can also take B complex tablets.

These appear to be stress ulcers or aphthous ulcers. They are increased by stress and in people with gastric problems. Unfortunately there is no permanent solution for this.
Next Steps
Apply dologel to the ulcer five minutes before food. If the ulcers are very large and painful, visit a dentist. Other medications can be prescribed after examining you.
