I have been facing pain since last 3 days and attaching photo of this white patch I have. Additionally I have vitamin b12 deficiency

This is a mouth ulcer. You need to have vitamin B12 and vitamin C supplements. You can apply Mucopain gel on it after meals for pain relief.
