Mouth opening problem due to gutka

Hello doctor . i have been chewing tobacco . gutka for years now not on daily but sometimes . i have been continuously chewing gutka now from 4 months and my cheeks are also becoming thinner and face is becoming assymetrical. any how i managed to quit this gutka. now my mouth cannot open like before , and i cannot eat spicy and hot things. please help me to recover from this problme

Ur symptoms suggest of oral submucous fibrosis. Use anti oxidants like multi vitamin tablets, lycopene, turmeric n honey massage. If you feel its not healing well get one biopsy done
