My mouth has been full of ulcers (big and small) and are really painful. They are white in centre and red around. I have been consuming 3 becosules a day, really healthy food, nariyal pani thrice a day, applying oral antisptics before sleeping. The ulcers heal and new ones keep coming such that I have about 20 ulcers in my mouth at a time. I have taken a 2 full medical courses as well but nothing is helping.
