I have a mouth breathing habit while sleeping, which causes a sore throat for me in the morning . What is the best way to stop mouth breathing .

Need more history. In all likelihood u are having some nasal obstruction. Could be anything from deviated septum to sinusitis. Can try some medicines temporarily. Need detailed Evaluation for a permanent cure
