Hello..the sprays and medicines that you’ve used might have given temporary relief by shrinking the size of the adenoid..if the child has immense difficulty in nose breathing along with snoring we usually suggest surgery..just take a video recording of your child sleeping , and show it to your doctor once which would give a better idea about the degree of difficulty in his breathing .
