Morning palpitations & bp

Taking medicines regularly, walking about 4 km ever day, all good food habits, and disciplined lifestyle.                            Heart patient  - underwent stenting of RCA and LCX in Jan & Feb 2023.                          Complaint : For the last two-three months, experiencing palpitations of the heart almost every morning 5 am to 9 am or so. Sometimes BP measured at home is also showing high readings (nearly 170/100 ! ).                                                              How to get relief from the morning agitated heart ?
