5 Saridon tablets consumed on account of severe headache, now experiencing nausea, vomiting and persistent stomach ache, even after 19-20 hours. Is something wrong?

5 tablets of saridon would have caused sever gastric irritation so you have pain and vomiting. Better to take Inj PAN IV as soon as possible, this will reduce all your symptoms IV fluids is advised if you're not able to take fluids (ORS) orally.
