I m suffering from mood swings and getting anger very frequently... much overthinking as well as negativity much ni nature

Give time to yourself. Start doing meditation in the morning or yogic exercises which can help to calm your mind. And yes work on the reason of such kind of nature. Just relax and try to be positive.
