Dear human, thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern. When emotions are intense they can be scary and intimidating. With so many things on your plate its understandable that you feel the anxiety you do. While for some people it's important to achieve success in life, it is equally important to maintain a balance. Anxiety and mood swings are commonly associated with fear, burnout, depression, self-doubts, traumatic events, stress itself, etc.
Here are a few tips that might help you cope better-
1. Keep a journal handy and put your thoughts down as is, whenever you are in the midst of such thoughts.
2 Exercising is a great aide in keeping yourself from engaging in troublesome thoughts. You don’t have to per se join a gym if you don’t want to but light stretches, some breathing exercises would do the job too.
3. Eat good food, whatever seems to pleasure you. At this point, it’s important that you take care of your basic needs first and eventually proceed to other 4. self-care exercises.
4. Keep a check on the number of hours you can sleep and sleep for at least 5-6 hours if not more.
5. Seek therapy, because it helps you to deal with your concerns, identify the source for your concerns and unravel the thought patterns related to it and learn how to manage with it efficiently.
As there isn’t sufficient information here to identify any thinking patterns, we could get on a session and discuss further.
