This could be a skin tag, a small cyst, or an accessory nipple — most of these are harmless. But it needs to be seen in person to confirm. Don't ignore it since it's a recent change.
Next Steps
See a gynaecologist or dermatologist to get it checked. Share images if doing an online consult. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.

Hello, Thank you for your query. • Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar. • Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously. • I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment. • An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results. You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan. I would be happy to guide you further.

Hello. Based on your description alone, it isn’t possible to determine exactly what the lesion is. While many nipple lesions are harmless , any new growth on or around the nipple should be evaluated to establish the correct diagnosis.
Next Steps
‼️Proper assessment required ! Your doctor needs to know about the detailed history and appearance before reaching to a conclusion
Health Tips
Please refrain from applying any OTC medications or home remedies as it changes the appearance of the lesion and consequently delays the diagnosis.
