You need to mention which molar teeth you have undergone extraction....If it is third molar then no need to replace the teeth ...If it is first and second molar then you need to replace....
Regarding implant ,you need to have sufficient bone height that can be diagnosed through CBCT...
You need to maintain your oral hygiene well and if you are smoker there is high risk to go for implant failure
You need to free of any systemic diseases like
diabetes too before going for implant..
Apart from implant you can have option for fixed bridge too in which tooth on the adjacent side of edentulous space will be reduced and ll made a cap over it
