Two days back I went for my right side upper molar tooth extraction done. Now please suggest whether I have to go for the implant or it's not much required. If so please suggest the brand , type of implant best suited along with the cost.

Hi.. if you have got extracted your wisdom tooth than no need to replace this tooth, and if it is 1st or 2nd molar than I would suggest to have implant.. it is quite costly but it is long lasting and comfortable too.
Next Steps
oustem implants are best but it depends on dentist's choice.

Hi You need to replace lost tooth with implants to maintain the arch integrity means to prevent teeth from moving . But if u had extracted last molar then no need to replace . Doctor skills and experience is more important than implant brand . Cost is doctor specific .

Hi You need to mention which molar teeth you have undergone extraction....If it is third molar then no need to replace the teeth ...If it is first and second molar then you need to replace.... Regarding implant ,you need to have sufficient bone height that can be diagnosed through  CBCT... You need to maintain your oral hygiene well and if you are smoker there is high risk to go for implant failure You need to free of any systemic diseases like diabetes too before going for implant.. Apart from implant you can have option for fixed bridge too in which tooth on the adjacent side of edentulous space will be reduced and ll made a cap over it
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further clinical examination and management

Kindly mention the tooth specifically identified by your dentist. If it's a wisdom tooth replacement is not needed.
