Molar teeth is coming in a wrong position, slightly away from the gums and it's blackish in colour .. The tooth is cutting the interior of my cheeks. There is tremendous pain and can't chew or even gulp properly. My jaws appear to be swollen. Taking zyfix, cipzen D and using alsore gel but its providing temporary relief. Please suggest.

Well from your description it seems that it is a wisdom tooth that is erupting at this age,,do warm saline(salt) rinses 4-5 times daily and see a dentist asap as you will get relief only when you will get the tooth removed.

Hello.. According to your description I feel its the wisdom tooth problem.. Take an xray and it wil give you relief only once you remove that tooth.. For luke warm water add little salt and rinse your mouth.. But salt water rinsing is not a solution but a temporary relief..
