Hello sir... You have missing lateral incisor on both the sides on upper arch....Get OPG(full mouth x-ray) done to check whether you have impacted tooth..... if it is impacted we can make it erupted by orthodontic management... if there is congenital absence of lateral incisor on either side you can do fixed prosthesis after creating required space orthodontically
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur consultation and management

Hello, You should get an OPG done which will show all the teeth and surrounding bone so as to see why the tooth has not erupted.
Next Steps
Orthodontic treatment with wires and braces followed by Smile design if required might help you.

first get an x ray so called OPG ...upon that it can be diagnosed wether tooth is impacted (like it is present in upper jaw but not erupted in mouth )upon that if present inside condition will be analysed and can be made to erupt ..followed by braces treatment second option is like going for orthodontic treatement to make available space by alignment followed by prosthesis ( like implant, bridge , Rpd and more)
Next Steps
visit dentist for clinical evaluation
