Missed abortion

I had miscarriage in last week. Had bleed for 2 weeks. Now there is no bleeding. Done ultrasound pelvis. Report says, No evidence of G sac / retained products of conception found. No free fluid in cul de sac. Postvoid residue is not seen. No significant abnormality is seen. Is there any need for D& C for this.

Hello dear. You are taking unnecessary tension. Relax. Your ultrasound is absolutely normal. No need of any further treatment. Menses may get irregular for sometime. Give time your menses to regularise on its own.

No need for d and c Tablet Livogen and Tablet Limcee once a day for 30 days Take Fol 123 one daily for 30 days Try for intercourses after 40 days of abortion Syp Dexorange 2 spoons three times a day for 15 days

Avoid papaya and pineapple Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses for 40 days after miscarriage

Hi. According to the scan the abortion is complete so no need for D&C . Wait for your natural periods to come . Use a contraceptive . Avoid unplanned preg .
