Miscarriage
Hi Dr
I am 7 weeks pregnant as per LMP. But in the scan its shown 5 weeks 6 days and found no growth and no heartbeat.My doctor mentioned that there is chance of miscarriage.
Last sunday i found brown discharge and on tuesday night light bleeding with 2/3 clots and cramps. It was only that night. The next day no cramps and having very light brown bleeding.
Is this mean miscarriage?pls suggest

Ideally by 6weeks of pregnancy fetus with heartbeat should be seen .since in ur scan at 5weeks 6days if no growth or heartbeat was seen them better to repeat a scan after 2 weeks
Spotting or bleeding could be suggestive of impending abortion or internal bleeding and subchorionic hematoma . Needs further evaluation
