Can masturbation in early weeks of pregnancy cause miscarriage? Right after the process, I had severe lower back ache the next day and then I miscarried a day later

Masturbation during pregnancy should be avoided. A gentle sexual intimacy in lateral position is safer in that sense. Theoretically it can cause an abortion but it is very difficult to be sure about the cause of abortion.
