Is it true that zirconia bridges need zero preparation of adjacent tooth? How much enamel loss can be expected otherwise?

Adjacent teeth mean teeth next to the one that requires a crown in the same arch. If that’s what you mean to ask then yes no preparation is required. If you mean the tooth in the opposing arch then still there’s no need to bring the opposing tooth

Zirconia bridges need minimal tooth grinding n they are  aesthetically good.without any minimal tooth preparation,it's unable to fix crowns n bridges. But enamel loss is replaced by zirconia crowns... So no problem.

Hi.. Zirconia bridges require minimal preparation of adjacent teeth, that is 1- 1.5 mm depending on the clearance but not zero. Compared to metal ceramic bridges the preparation will be less.

For any type of bridge, the supporting tooth needs some amount of tooth preparation, which causes loss of enamel. The best way to avoid this, is to place dental implant, which preserves adjacent teeth.
